1. About these terms

These terms apply to services provided by TANK Exterior Cleaning across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and the surrounding areas. By booking work with us, you agree to them.

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. If conditions on site differ materially from what we were told, we’ll agree any change in price with you before carrying out the work. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Booking & access

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the areas to be cleaned, along with access to a water supply and outdoor power where these are needed. Please move vehicles, furniture and fragile items beforehand where you can.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for domestic work is due on completion. Commercial payment terms are as set out in your quote or contract (for example, within 14–30 days of invoice). We may charge interest on late payments as allowed by law.

5. Cancellation & rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. We may occasionally need to reschedule due to weather or safety, and will always let you know as soon as we can.

6. Our 30-day guarantee

If you’re not happy with any area we’ve cleaned, tell us within 30 days and we’ll return and put it right at no charge. The guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning; it doesn’t cover new dirt or growth, weather, or issues caused by the condition of the surface itself.

7. Our work & your surfaces

We choose appropriate methods for each surface and take care to protect your property. Some surfaces may be worn, damaged or unsuitable for cleaning; where we spot a risk, we’ll discuss it with you first. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from defective, poorly-installed or already-damaged surfaces, fixtures or sealants.

8. Insurance & liability

We hold public liability insurance. Except for liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence), our liability for any loss is limited to the value of the work carried out, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Photographs

We may take before-and-after photos of our work for our records and, occasionally, for marketing. If you’d prefer we didn’t use photos of your property, just let us know.

10. Complaints

If something isn’t right, please contact us at alex@tankexteriorcleaning.co.uk and we’ll do our best to put it right quickly.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
